No personal information will be released to third parties except to further the purpose for which you provide the information, such as requesting information, or if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. Our sites' Add or Update a Facility Listing registration form requires users to give us the name and address of their facility, contact information (like their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) and other facility-specific information. Some of this information is added to our database and provided to the general public as a service of our web sites. Facility contact information from the registration form may be used to send the user information about our company and promotional information from some of our partners. The facility's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary and may be shared with other companies who may want to contact our visitors. Our sites use what are called "cookies" to save your personal information so you don't have to re-enter it each time you request information from a service provider. Our web server automatically asks a new user whether his or her browser will agree to accept a cookie via the web browser.
