The restaurant style dining room offers comfortable seating and a full menu of various delicious meals created by a Culinary Director to meet the demands of residents. Keeping in mind the health and palate of residents, special attention is focused on preparing daily meals using fresh seasonal vegetables and organic groceries. Only choice cuts of fresh meats and seafood are selected and all foods are prepared using olive and canola oils using no trans fats.
