Molly Dworken — Director of National Training

Molly’s interest in the field of aging was sparked at a very young age as a result of volunteering with seniors. Fortunately, her career has flourished over the last ten years, allotting her the opportunity to work within nursing homes, adult day centers, and assisted living communities throughout the country. As her role expanded from activities to sales and marketing, she has found herself most interested in creating partnerships, training others, and generating revenue for both private and non-profit entities at the national level.

Prior to her current position, she was with the National Council on Aging (NCOA) as the Director of National Partnerships. In July of 2010, she accepted a position with and she is responsible for coaching, training, and managing our companies Care Advisors throughout the country. Molly graduated from the George Washington University with a BA in Sociology and Psychology. She continues to pursue her studies in Aging Services

Jether Grewer — Vice President of Strategic Alliances

Jether has more than fifteen years of sales and management experience. The last ten years he has been spent helping companies position and market themselves online. His experience includes work as Regional Sales Director at Korn Ferry International implementing its early Internet strategy. At The Washington Post he led the first Multimedia Business Development Team as they began to transition its advertising business from its print base to an online focused model. He culminated his time there as a Director of Corporate Advertising for Washington Post Digital.

As a Vice President of Strategic Alliances at SeniorLiving.Net, Jether is responsible for media & web Partnerships, operations, affiliates management and off-line Senior Resource development.

Todd Walrath — Founder & CEO

In 2006, after researching senior care options online for his own family, Todd realized tools needed to be developed to help families make informed decisions about senior care. Todd has more than 15 years of experience building consumer experiences for brands including, Mapquest, and America Online. He was also the founder and CEO of search marketing firm

SeniorLiving.Net's search engine and Care Advisor program is dedicated to helping families use the Internet to navigate their Senior Care alternatives. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University and his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
